A Basic Statement of Purpose
    

A resume posted would imply a search for employment.

 

I do not seek employment but rather, opportunities for increased growth.

Life as it will, continues to unfold; I would simply like to continue to be a gainful and productive member of society.

 

I have held jobs that span a wide variety of skills and exacted rigorous demands mentally and physically. Monetarily I have always had what I needed. I have learned over the years that happiness is not measured monetarily but rather in quality of interactions with others and with one's self.


One of the most rewarding jobs I ever held was at an Assisted Living Establishment where I worked in assisting elderly men and women with day to day life. In addition to cooking for them, doing some cleaning, and other tasks, I discovered that the real job was about friendship, respect and love for everyone indiscriminately. I learned more and grew more in that job than in any other I have held and have tried to apply the lessons I learned in that job to every aspect of life. I live in great appreciation of everyone I meet each day. I do my best to be loving and respectful of all who cross my path and I hope that as my path in life continues to unfold I may bless others as I have been blessed.

So, the only real purpose in posting my resume is to be a part of being receptive to new opportunities for growth.
